Tariff 2012 : Bed & Breakfast

We offer double and single occupancy of our three comfortable b&b letting rooms. 
We also provide a family suite offer at a favourable rate.
All our prices include full breakfast and taxes.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY (includes breakfast):

EN-SUITE DOUBLE:
£60 per night [£30 per person sharing] for 1-2 nights.
£55 per night for third & each following night.

TWIN or DOUBLE [shared private bathroom]:
£55 per night for [£27.50 per person sharing] for 1-2 nights.
£50 per night for third & each following night.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY (includes breakfast):

EN-SUITE DOUBLE:
£45 per night.

TWIN or DOUBLE [shared private bathroom]:
£40 per night.
 
FAMILY SUITE OFFER (includes breakfast):

£90 per night: up to 2 adults + 2 children under 10 years old, in our twin-plus-double rooms suite,
sharing their own private bathroom.

Terms & payment
 
- A deposit of £30 per room is required to confirm your booking.
- Payment is accepted in cash Sterling or by Sterling Travellers Cheques.
For deposits or full pre-payment only, we also accept payment by credit or debit card in Sterling via PayPal.

- Arrival time is between 4pm and 10pm [Earlier or later by prior arrangement].
- Departure time is by 10.30am.

- Please ask about availability for your dog - £5 daily supplement applies.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on our premises.
- Ten working days notice is required to cancel your booking.
